UPTU it is a technical University and has produced so many Engineers. but it is not able to manage and secure its own website.

yaar ankur .... its not the fault f programmers !!! indian programmers are one f the best one in world but QUALITY COSTS MONEY !!!!!!! writing secure code is NOT the priority but bringing up web apps and site faster is pay the programmers and u'll get what u want.
